Before you write
One thing worth knowing. Email is ordinary email, not the end-to-end encrypted space the app is. So don't paste journal entries or chat transcripts into a message. If something in your account looks wrong, describe what happened. I never need the content itself.
If you're writing about a bug, this is what helps: the browser you were in, what you did, what you expected, what happened instead. Two sentences is plenty. You don't have to write a report.
If you're in crisis
Vitni isn't the right place when you're in crisis. A 1-to-3-day reply is not what you need right now. Please reach someone trained for it. Find a local crisis line.
